Government of Pakistan Finance Division (Regulation Wing) **** No. F.1(9)Imp/2000-543                                                   Islamabad, the 9th August, 2011 OFFICE MEMORANDUM Subject:-   REVISION OF RATES OF PH.D ALLOWANCE AND SPECIAL SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY ALLOWANCE.                         The undersigned is directed to refer to this Division’s O.M. No. F.1(3)Imp.I/88, dated 1.7.1988, O.M. No. F.1(9)Imp/2000, dated 8.5.2002, O.M. No. F.1(9)Imp/2000, dated 22.9.2003 and O.M. No. F.1(9) /Imp/2000 dated 12.09.2007 and to state that it has been decided to revise the rates of the Ph.D Allowance and Special Science & Technology Allowance with immediate effect as under:- Name of allowance Existing rate Revised Rat @ 50% increase Special Science & Technology allowance Rs. 5,000/- p.m. Rs. 7,500/- p.m. Ph.D Allowance Rs. 1,500/- p.m. Rs. 2,250/- p.m. 2.                     The existing terms and conditions of admissibility of the above Allowance will remain the same as specified in the above referred O.Ms. Sd/- (M.S.
