BAN ON RECRUITMENT PROCESS IN FEDERAL MINISTRIES

OFFICE MEMORANDUM Subject:         BAN ON RECRUITMENT PROCESS IN FEDERAL MINISTRIES/DIVISIONS/ AUTONOMOUS BODIES/CORPORATIONS.                         In continuation of this Division's O.M. of even number dated 20-6-2013 on the above subject it is clarified that the ban placed on recruitments vide above mentioned order shall not be applicable to the posts being filled in through FPSC and to the appointments of Heads of Public Sector Organizations, Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) and similar other appointments which are being made either in compliance of the decision of the court through prescribed procedure or wherein operational need requires such appointments. In case of any confusion in this behalf specific clarification may be sought from the Competent Authority. 2.                     All Ministries/Divisions are requested to bring the above decision to the notice of the department/organizations under their administrative control for compliance.
