It is requested that olease issue Office Memorandum regarding upgradation of the post of Superintendent BPS-16 to BPS-17 as promised in the Budget 2014-15 by Mr. Ghulam Ishaq Dar, Finance Minister of Pakistan as soon as possible. Mr. M. Hayat Khan Niazi Sahib finally Government has issued order for grant of higher time scale to the Superintendent not as was promised in the budget speech by FM they have given only BPS-17 without perks and privileges
